Dr. Rehfeldt is a world famous scholar of behavior analysis. Her work with autism, language, and social development has been published in every single scientific journal in the field.
Ruth Anne is also the author of multiple books on human learning, autism, and behavioral science. She has built and managed multiple autism centers and clinics over the past two decades.

Dr. Mark Dixon

Dr. Caleb Stanley

Dr. Caleb Stanley is an Assistant Professor at Utah Valley University. He obtained his masters and doctorate degrees in Behavior Analysis and Therapy at Southern Illinois University. Dr. Stanley expertise is in the application of contemporary behavior analytic interventions to facilitate the development of complex language and cognition. He has years of experience implementing PEAK and has published many peer reviewed articles.

Pam has been with Emergent Learning Center for 5 years, contributing to operational success and professional growth. Her leadership and dedication make her a trusted professional in managing insurance operations and streamlining administrative processes.

Kaitlin Preciado

Kaitlin has over a decade of experience in behavior analysis, she is dedicated to developing innovative solutions that empower individuals and families. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University and a Master of Education (M.Ed.) from the University of Massachusetts Boston, her career began in juvenile rehabilitation and progressed through key roles in leading ABA organizations. Her journey ultimately led her to Hawai‘i, where she now serves as the CEO of Emergent Learning Hawai‘i.

Elise Johnson

Elise graduated from Aurora University with a master's degree in Behavior Analysis. She has been working with children, adolescents, and young adults with autism and other disabilities since 2013 in home, school, and community settings. Elise is committed to providing her clients with the highest standard of care, ensuring generalization of skills across environments, and working with both clients and their families to build skills aligned with their values and goals.

Lindsey Pearce

Lindsey earned her master’s degree from Missouri State University and is a licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Missouri. She has over 10 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, working with children, adolescents, and adults with developmental disabilities across various settings. Before becoming a BCBA, Lindsey spent several years as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). She is dedicated to staff satisfaction, delivering high-quality care, and creating individualized experiences for every family.

Jennifer Posey

Jennifer Posey is a dedicated scientist-practitioner in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), with over two decades of experience. As the Regional Director of Emergent Learning: California, she is committed to fostering meaningful, joy-filled outcomes for individuals with autism while advancing the field of ABA through research, mentorship, and education. Jennifer is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in ABA at Endicott College. Her areas of expertise include advanced language acquisition, curriculum development, the prevention of severe problem behaviors, and the implementation of evidence-based practices such as Relational Frame Theory (RFT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Kathy Roustio

Kathy has 30 years of teaching experience and a master’s degree in education. She is a level 2 Certified Peak Implementer and is a BCBA.
