Emergent Learning Centers serves Springfield, MO from two locations spread across the metro area, and this city holds a special place in our story. Some of the original Emergent research was conducted right here, and Springfield remains one of the intellectual engines of our company. That legacy continues through our collaborative relationship with Missouri State University, including an active internship program that brings some of the university's most promising students into our centers, and through the extremely strong, vibrant leadership that has made Springfield a training ground for talent across the organization. With staff and expertise shared freely between our two locations, every family here benefits from the full depth of the Springfield team, and our growth in this area continues, both in the expanding space of our current centers and in the possibility of an even larger footprint in the near future.
Our Springfield locations provides personalized care and innovative therapeutic approaches in a nurturing, supportive environment tailored to each learner. Sensory-friendly motor and play areas offer a safe, welcoming space for children to explore, self-regulate, and recharge between therapeutic activities. Guided by a dedicated, experienced team of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), our Springfield centers deliver individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy alongside specialized Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) based social skills interventions.
